[AAACE-NLA] EFF list

George,

The National Institute for Literacy's EFF Discussion List has been renamed 
the Adult Education Content Standards Discussion List 
(http://www.nifl.gov/mailman/listinfo/Contentstandards).  The intent is to 
broaden the discussion on Content Standards in the adult literacy 
field.  The old archives are still contained within this list.
