Sorry my last message was so garbled.

A study is needed to fill in the gap between literacy level A1 and literacy 
level A2, and how it affects C, when A1= the mother's literacy level at the 
start of a program, and A2 = the literacy level at the end of the program, and C1 
= the child's literacy level at the beginning of mother's program, and C2 = 
the child's literacy level/ school attainment level.

This is still pretty garbled, but the problem is trying to take a movie, 
rather than a snapshot, of the mother's literacy level as it changes, then how 
that change relates to the child's school attainment.

This may not be any clearer.   Maybe someone out there can do better.
