[AAACE-NLA] Will Wyoming Get State Adult Ed Funding?

AAACE-NLA Colleagues,

According to an article in the Torrington (WY) Telegram, the Governor  
of Wyoming may be interested in seeing state funding for adult  
education this year.

If so, will this leave Colorado as the only state with out state  
adult basic education funding?
