[AAACE-NLA] Wall Street Journal: Investment

Colleagues;

I take back what I said about investment as a poor vocab word for our 
context.   Today's WSJ:   "Catch 'em Young;"   "Invest in disadvantaged kids:   It's 
good for the economy."   Author:   James J. Heckman, Nobel laureate   in 
economics in 2000, professor at University of Chicago.   He cites   Perry 
Pre-school.

I clip articles EVERYDAY   for my writing.   The Wall Street Journal has 
excellent stories on economic trends, as might be imagined.   I also clip   the 
local Boston Globe,   and the New York Times.
