You don't necessarily need literacy, you do need money.  I know a lot of low literate adults who make very good wages.

We need a declaration, if you will, that all of us can stand on, not a "call it what you want."

I think it is a human right to have health care--my personal view-- but that isn't spelled out in the Declaration or the Consitution or on a ballot.  It is there in the UN document. 

So calling it a "human right" provokes the response:  "Says who?" Says you?  Or me? We need agreement between ourselves, not personal belief.  Have you read the UN document?
