Great news!  I guess a number of people are thinking along  this track.  We have to know approx. how many people want our services.  Otherwise I think advocacy looses credibility.

Senator:  And how many people should this bill serve?

Advocate:  Well, it depends on how you count them...90 million....who shows up....we're not really sure...can I  get back to you on that?
