[AAACE-NLA] Mail to Congress

A delegation of Michigan Adult and Community Educators recently spent a few 
days in D. C. lobbying for the cause. We were able to visit over half of our 
congressional offices, talk to staffers, leave materials, express our views and 
frustrations.

The Senior Staff person in Senator Carl Levin's office advised against using 
mail service to communicate with their office in that, "it takes two months 
for it to arrive and it is often so radiated that it is not readable. Please use 
e-mail or fax if you want it to be read".
