[AAACE-NLA] 33 States Missing in the Save Literacy Campaign?

AAACE-NLA Colleagues,

Do the people in these 33 states care if the federal government cuts 
adult literacy state grants by an average of 66%?  We hope they do. If 
your state is on this list, let us know what's happening. Let us know 
how your state is organizing to bring Congress' attention to this 
issue.  If you don't know what's happening in your state -- and you 
subscribe to AAACE-NLA adult literacy public policy advocacy  list --  
don't you think you should know?
