[AAACE-NLA] "colonized mind?"

I believe it is indeed from Fanon, from The Wretched of the Earth, but I
do not have a page reference as I no longer can find my copy.  It is in
one of the sections on internalized oppression.

I have googled and can't find it, doesn't mean it isn't there, though. 
I associate it with Fanon, if  you have, too, do you have a fuller
citation?
