[AAACE-NLA] Bush Budget

I just have to say that the Bush budget makes no sense to me, even from 
someone else's ideological stand point.   We should be shoveling money into 
education of all kinds, instead we are cutting back on education and science 
research, besides hurting people who can't fight back--the food stamp cuts.   It's 
very discouraging;   when will I hear a hue and cry about this?   So far,   it's 
op ed pieces.   

I remember hunting around a couple of years ago for evidence that a rising 
tide lifts all boats--and I found it ( but now can't remember where I found it). 
  Anyway, if you destroy the human infrastructure   you just have to rebuild 
it at some future date.   That's what's happening.
