[AAACE-NLA] The Iraq War vs Literacy of All US Citizens

A little while ago I suggested we coordinate our efforts with reference to a web site that "X" literacy association set up. I think we will need to do this to survive with any level of help for low literate readers, AND their teachers.

If anybody out there has an alternate  financial view to the bleak financial picture I am painting, I would be interested in hearing it.

I don't think you will get this information from TV, either, but from the newspapers.
