While I agree there isn't that much, I do know there are some Veterans'
 funds that can be used for education and training.  Also, in the past
there have been fed funds through drug education programs as well as HUD
for services in subsidized housing centers.  But perhaps all that has dried
up?  I agree a "map" would beuseful, and I don;t know of one.  Debbie
