Laurel,

Thanks for writing.  I briefly checked out the web site, maybe too briefly.  The number reported there would result in 20% of students who are dyslexic.  I think that number is way off, much too high.  This doesn't mean that lots of people have reading problems, they obviously do, but probably not from how neural systems are laid down in the brain. 

One of the difficulties here is that "dyslexia" is tossed around in too elastic a way, kidn of like a scare word.
