[AAACE-NLA] A United Front for Advocacy

On Sept 30 Dale Lipschultz of NCL wrote AAACE a very cheerful post about NCL, its growth this past year. NCL is now a 501-c-3.

Dale recognized and thanked as key supporters ProLiteracy Worldwide, COABE, CAAL,Penn State, NAEPDC, NCSALL, World Ed, and the American Library Association.

So it looks as though we may have a location for a united front for advocacy,

I am sure Dale would welcome ideas and input particularly at this stage.  dlipschu at literacytent.org 

Oddly but interestingly, once we know more about legislation, its  wrinkles,and key players, we may find differences between ourselves that have to be negotiated.

First, though, we must have a knowledge base.
