YES!

You are SO RIGHT!   I am tired of having to go and   do research to find out 
what politicians SHOULD SAY!   Excellent education is now possible only for 
those who can afford to pay for it, either privately or publicly in well-heeled 
areas.   I have been involved in education, public, private, this country, 
abroad for donkey's years, and there is simply not a mystery to putting together 
a good school.

And a lot of people know about what is necessary, it's all out there, in what 
good teachers and administrators do, and in the research literature.   It 
does take money and political will.
