Dear Gail,

Thank you for the incredibly rich and thoughtful email you posted this 
afternoon, I appreciate   the time you took to write it.   I had temporally 
forgotten that Tom's figures were NRS figures, not figures for adult literacy as a 
whole.   Where do total GED completion figures get recorded?   

On a related topic:   I   downloaded a research report this morning, 
"Locating the Dropout Crisis," which locates the high schools that "produce" 
drop-outs, and describes who attends them.
