Thanks for the reference, I checked it out and was tickled to find your name 
there.   

In my observation and experience, women are trained to do certain jobs and 
develop certain skills from an early age.   When I see these put to use to earn 
a living I am thrilled.   A house cleaning service...landscape 
gardening....taking in paying guests....all these skills are fungible, is that the right 
word?   Exchangeable.

Yes, I know about exploitation and low pay, but for many I think this is a 
first step to making some money and independence.
