I am doing a big paper for which I need the some answers to the 4 questions I posed yesterday.  

I need both anecdotes and references which bundle statistics so I don't have to run around to all the states to find out what is going on, what has gone on.  

Any help will be apppreciated, and of course I will share my work with the field, that's us,--hope NIFL will still be going.
