Friends--another question-- Last fall I heard James Gee speak about decreases in earning equity, educational equity, blacks and whites, starting in 1984, which would put this fact or factoid in with the Reagan tax cuts, I believe. Does anyone have any information on this? A reference? Thanks. Andrea
