[AAACE-NLA] 3 big questions: TANF, critical reading, America Reads

Three biggies: 

1)  What does it mean to "read critically," David R. recently put it on his list of essential skills for literacy students. 

2)  How has TANF  intersected with adult literacy?  (Please direct me to a policy paper if you've got one)

3)  What happened to "America Reads?"  Anything?
