[AAACE-NLA] Anecdotes

Regarding all the annecdotes, I don't think we need a fancy database. All we need is some kind of a file and someone that agrees to copy annecdotes that we all get from teachers and students into the file. It could even be a yahoo/geocities website. whenever someone wants to refer to those annecdotes, they can open the file and print a few to go with a letter, press release, etc.
