[AAACE-NLA] Pennsylvania advocacy

would like to be more involved with advocay in PA for ESL on adult and k-12 issues.....but everyone is so afraid to talk in the open about the problemsof IU's contracting with school districts and NOT being an honest advocate by virtue of that financial, contractual relationship.....also the PDE will not allow ESL teachers to communicate on an e-mail list serve (or create one)......programs run by for profits are getting $ that is be being squandered.....

if teachers complain they are shunned or fired
