[AAACE-NLA] Judgmental comment on my part

In the heat of writing I said the following

"If I may comment here, and with all due respect, these issues should
have been resolved at the inception of this campaign."

I do not view that as a helpful statement and apologize to those whom I
may have offended.

I do believe the need for clarity on what the focus of any advocacy
campaign is needs to be very sharply focused.
