[AAACE-NLA] Save NIFL Campaign

AAACE-NLA Colleagues,

Thanks to Debbie Yoho from South Carolina and Lynda Rytterager from 
Idaho for your great news.  Debbie's "nothing fancy" legislative lunch 
with staff from the SC Senators' and Congressmen's offices is on the 
mark.  And this is the perfect time.  Lynda's letter is wonderful, very 
persuasive.

For those  who have not written letters like this before and have not 
met with a legislator, many others who have "signed on" to the Save 
NIFL campaign are new to this, too, and are not only from states that 
are  "back East."  This is an issue that affects us all, and where we 
all have work to do.  The anchor's up, the sails are filling, the 
ship's on course.  Now's the time for everyone to haul on the ropes.

As Lynda pointed out, the www.savenifl.org Web page has talking points 
which will help you.  It also has a link where you can get your 
Senators' and Representative's address, phone (and maybe fax.)  Can you 
send a letter or fax or make a phone call this week? Can you reach both 
Senators, and your Representative?
