In my humble opinion this is BS. The united states have not created a model democracy in any country in which they have been and they are not planning to create one in Iraq. The reason there are ongoing calls for terrorism against the US is because the US has and continues to be responsible for attrocities all over the globe. I am certain that there are people in other countries that would love to engage in terrorist activities against the US. However, they do not have the economic backing that some middle eastern countries do have. The countries that are allies with the US in the middle east are not examples of flourishing democracies. They are countries with overwhelming poverty and no hope for a better life for the vast majority, while a small minority allied with the USA controls enormous wealth.
