[AAACE-NLA] A Visit from a Senator's office

Yippee!  I have been successful, finally, in attracting the attention of
Senator Lindsay Graham.  I invited both our senators to visit our program. 
Graham can't come, but is sending one of his "people".  (I haven't heard
from Senator Hollings yet).

Does anyone have any sage advice about how to best maximize this
opportunity?  I've invited our state director as well as the presidents of
our professional associations to join us during the visit and I'll be sure
to have some learners on hand. This will be my first experience at this
level.  Thanks, Debbie
