[AAACE-NLA] Advocacy Pages Update

AAACE-NLA Colleagues,

Each year I try to update two Web pages which provide useful advocacy 
information to those who want to make a difference in adult 
literacy/basic education/ESOL public policy:

Please note that I have changed the Web addresses for these documents 
-- so if you have linked -- or want to link -- these pages, please 
change the Web address.

Also, please take a look at them.  Are there any good adult literacy 
advocacy Web pages missing? If so, e-mail me the Web addresses.

Check out the advocacy.html page for information about your state or 
urban coalition.  Any names, phone numbers, recent campaign 
news/victories need to be updated?
