[AAACE-NLA] A critical time for advocacy

Hello Andres:

With you, I am also in favor of scientific research and
leaving no child behind.  The problem is:  What is actually
happening in the name of these two basic ideas?  The
basic incoherence between the name and what is going
on under the name is indeed cause for confusion.
