I am in support of "Leave No Child Behind and Scientific Research". In support of this, I want to ask that the president to do something about Texas, his state, where children are left behind every other state in access to health care and in educational achievement. 

Also, how come the president did not use scientific research to determine the presence of weapons of mass destrution before he invaded Iraq? 

I am confused.
