Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 

I think we all look forward to the guidelines discussed re: content 
on LINCS sites, due out on the 15th.  As Eileen and others have 
pointed out, this is a difficult, infuriating time -- while wanting 
to express contempt and outrage at the silencing of voices and 
communication, I also want to be mindful of the actual people at NIFL 
-- who actually has control over the processes governing what goes on 
line?  Whose job is potentially on the line, and to whom do we 
constructively address our concerns.

Messages have gone missing from archives, policy itself is hideously 
flawed.  To what extent can we engage in useful dialogue while our 
attempts at participating in said dialogue are undermined by people 
we don't see and don't know?
