[AAACE-NLA]Are we focusing on the right thing?

Leslie, can you share what you think is do-able in terms of what we might
urge the Senate to change? I am ready to approach our senators if I know
what to say. Do you know what angles Proliteracy or any other of the
national entities are prioritizing? From where I sit, the issues seem to
be using adult ed funds for One Stop administration and the eligibility of
for-profits. But am I overlooking something else equally important? Debie
