[AAACE-NLA]Corrected Link for Literacy Research Study

Hi, everyone.

We had to change the link to the Literacy Research Study to make it more
compatible to the widest variety of browsers and systems.  Here is the new
link, as well as a recap to what the study is about:

The New Mexico Coalition for Literacy has just completed and released a
research study entitled, "The Workforce Paradox for Adults with Limited
Literacy and English Language Proficiency: A Report from the Field,
February, 2003."

This project consisted of a study of the One Stop Career Centers in New
Mexico and their effectiveness in serving adults with limited literacy
and/or English language skills. It was conducted in 2002 with funding from
the New Mexico Department of Labor.  Diane Pinkey and Judy Hofer of the New
Mexico Coalition for Literacy were the principal researchers for this
project.
