[AAACE-NLA]faxing the US Department

Fran or others,

Are faxes to the US Department acceptable?  Or is there a direct email
line?  If so, can you or someone post that?

Also, among the important messages about ERIC, one that I found
particularly useful pointed out gains and losses?  That was placed on one
of the other lists which got removed.  Could someone re-post that here?
