The NLA archives can be found at
http://lists.literacytent.org/pipermail/nla/

As to the lists, my understanding was that AAACE-NLA "replaced" the nla list in name only; once we'd all re-subscribed to the aaace-nla we would be able to find the continuing thread on policy issues.

I've been wondering myself if that were actually the case, because, with the exception of the ERIC-related messages, i've not seen much useful activity. 
slow time? 
what about a democratic response to hr 1261? 

and, by the way, what is the aaalpd list??
