About CentralSMARTT	English (USA)
You have been invited to join a means of communicating with your peers within the Central Region of the SABES family. We are using a form of e-mail technology commonly referred to as a ?listserv.? List servers have been around for a while, although many Internet users are unfamiliar with them. This list is taking the place of the list we have used thru Listbot. As of August 6th, 2001 the free service thru Listbot is not longer being offered. We have decided to use Literacy Tent (literacytent.org) to provide this service. On this list, as was the case on our previous list, there will be postings on the health and well being of the SMARTT system. You should feel this is the place where you can post questions that you might have on SMARTT. If you have a question, others might also have the same question, and we can all learn together. I only ask you to refrain from using real students names on the list. Those kinds of questions you can email to me at esnay@qcc.mass.edu directly. I also will be sharing with everybody things related to technology that come my way that I feel might be of interest to you. Subscribing to CentralSMARTT
Subscribe to CentralSMARTT by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
